The location is very good for us to visit our family members in Chorley, and we can dine out or get stuff at the fast food restaurants or the supermarket at the welcome break in addition to having lunch or dinner at the hotel. The staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful. The size of the room and the price per night is reasonable.

Few draught beers on tap including Guinness Restaurant food was decent enough Located at the motorway services which is convenient. Good big car park

We stop over here on the way to Scotland with our dogs, the staff cannot help enough with the dogs. One of our dog had been unwell, and was being a very fussy eater. I knew he would eat a chicken breast, so went to order a chicken burger meal, the girl on reception suspected it was for him, so she asked. Then they only charged me for the chicken breast - I was surprised as most places would have just done the full meal. The staff really do care here. And for a hotel on the motorway, you really do not hear it much, and the grounds are great.

One of the cheapest in the area but great facilities. The main meal and breakfast deal for £30 was extremely good value. We were unsure whether to do it at first as in the past our experience of hotel food hasn't been great but yours was actually suprisingly nice and served quickly.

The food was nice. only trouble was I paid for the parking when we arrived that evening with cash. And have got back to Australia and got a invoice from my car rental company saying that they got a parking fine from the hotel saying I had not paid for the parking which was disappointing as I did pay for the overnight parking. 😞

Booked for a 1 night stay as was visiting friends, was looking for something close to where my friends were staying and found this hotel. Great value for money and included a lovely breakfast to start the day. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a 1night stay, I would say the beds are too soft but this is preference rather than an issue. All the staff we made contact with were lovely, reception team explained everything on arrival and the restaurant staff were friendly. Thank you :)

The room was clean & functional. I have lots of allergies so didn't use the restaurant but the toast smelt wonderful every morning. It would be nice to have decaff tea in the room though.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, which was much appreciated after a long journey from Scotland. Our room was spacious, very warm, and had excellent lighting, creating a cosy atmosphere. The beddings were clean, bed, and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. It wasn't noisy during the night too. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
